Have you smiled today? It’s an essential exercise that should be completed multiple times throughout the day for maximum effect. Sometimes the act of smiling alone is enough to make a rough day look a little less grey. Have you ever smiled just because it felt good on your face? You should try it. You never know when your cheeks could use a good stretch.

Don’t be shy about it either. Find excuses to flaunt those gorgeous pearly whites and if you can’t find one, make one. There will always be bad moments, bad days, bad weeks. But there are also rays of sunshine scattered throughout each and every day if you train yourself to see them and make them when the opportunity arises.
